In the past, we have focused primarily on the recreational motorcycle markets with our “Blade” and predecessor models. Additionally we were one of the first to design and built an all electric motor scooter which is perfect for fuel efficient commuting in a world of growing energy costs and are preparing to enter the market with our new model in response to increasing global demand for low cost alternative energy vehicles. Prior to recent global events which have significantly elevated the price of gasoline, our market studies indicated lack of demand so we have focused our attention on the recreational markets.
Our commitment to quality and continuously advancing our products to remain state-of-the-art, have garnered much acclaim from the industry. The significant increases in oil prices since 2004 have sparked an increased global demand for electric and hybrid vehicles and we have upgraded our designs to incorporate our new lithium technologies along with new styling to increase mass market appeal while initiating plans to increase production significantly to meet this new demand. Electric powered vehicles are rapidly moving from the specialty market into the mass market and Electric Moto, with its experience and reputation is uniquely poised to capitalize on this trend.
The result of 12 years of research and improvement and always listening to our customers has resulted in our flagship product, the Blade XT4, a high powered lithium battery fueled motocross motorcycle. It is finding favor among top riders because its light weight and high power allows for greater flexibility both in racing and extreme sports. Additionally, the fact that the Blade XT4 is virtually silent, allows it to be ridden in many places where gas

powered vehicles are prohibited either because or noise or emission restrictions. Our slogan for the Blade, “less sound, more ground” is not just a catchy phrase; it is also a fact of life.
We also have designed the world’s first hybrid ATV (all terrain vehicles) and motorcycle which are designed for both recreational and military applications. With its ability to transport a rider silently under stealth conditions and, with a range of over 100 miles, this vehicle has already caught the attention of military planners and law enforcement officials and discussions are currently underway with both US and British officials.
Demand for our product continues to exceed our current ability to supply product so our board of directors decided to enter the public markets in order to achieve greater access to the capital necessary to:

Increase production capabilities sufficient to meet current and projected demand

Develop a global network of distributors and dealers to help build the market for our full line of products

Develop and implement a marketing campaign designed to create greater consumer and industry awareness of our innovative products.

OUR PRODUCTS
Our line of electric vehicles has continuously evolved with advances in technology and with feedback from our markets. Today our vehicles represent the state-of-the-art of energy efficient transportation, recreational/competitive and utility electric vehicles. Our proprietary Lithium-ion energy system, now featured on the BLADE XT4, is controlled by state of the art electronics and gives up to 2-3 hour casual ride and 1 hour MX style riding. This equals 10-12 liters of consumption on a 2-stroke petrol Dirt Bike. Twelve years R&D at the cost of €55 million has made this motorcycle and energy system finally available to the general public. This same leading edge technology is being introduced into our other models, including our newly updated Lithium-ion powered scooter. As we move forward, our current models will continue to evolve and new models will be developed to answer the expanding needs of an energy dependent world. This includes transportation, recreation plus military and law enforcement applications.
THE BLADE XT4
An astonishingly quick, battery-powered motorbike called the Blade XTZ that equals or outperforms every gas-powered bike in its weight class (200cc--250cc). Best of all, it does so without making a sound. Forbes Magazine
The Blade XT4 is our flagship product. Powerful enough to run with the noisy 250cc motorcycles, The Blade allows its owner to enjoy high powered yet silent motoring in places where no gas powered cycle would be allowed to run. The Blade is highly regarded in motocross circles and has been sold in both the US and Europe.
THE MOTARD
The Motard is our competition version of the Blade. At home on the flat track, the motocross or in extreme competitions, the Motard is powerful with the added advantage of being extremely lightweight causing less fatigue and allowing faster and more accurate maneuvers, both valuable advantages, especially in extreme competitions.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Electric Moto Corporation established a strategic alliance with the Certa Corp’s Energy Division to offer the world's first production motorcycle powered by Lithium-Ion batteries. This new battery technology has revolutionized laptops, cell phones and MP3 players by allowing batteries on these portable devices to operate 3 to 4 times longer on a single charge.
Electric Moto and Certa Corp’s Energy Division developed a proprietary Linux (Operational System) based battery management system (BMS), with a powerful CPU that monitors and controls Lithium battery functions, not at all comparable to the simple systems found on small portable devices. This patented Certa Corp BMS technology is unique and in that it is designed for systems with power demands literally thousands of times greater than your average laptop would ever require.

NEW PRODUCTS
The Scout
The motor scooter has been the mainstay for economical transportation in Europe and Asia for decades. We believe that the scooter, both gas and electric will represent the fastest growing segment of motor vehicles in the near future. Electric scooters with performance equaling gas powered scooters represent a viable and growing market. Featuring our proprietary Linux (Operational System) based battery management system (BMS), with a powerful CPU that monitors and controls Lithium battery functions, we are currently preparing to launch Electric Moto’s new scooter, the Scout, for sale in the US and EU. Imagine traveling 100 miles at speeds up to 55mph for less than $.75 worth of electricity versus around $3.00 if you were riding a gasoline powered scooter and more like $10.00 in an economy car. Production is scheduled to begin in 1st Quarter 2008. As with the Blade, EMC’s electric scooter will be directed to consumers who want top performance with superior quality as opposed to competing in the low margin markets of low priced and minimal performance/quality scooters. We are currently in discussions with several manufacturers of premium electric scooters and intend on bringing our own innovative design improvements to elevate the Scout to an even higher level of performance and design.

HYBRID VEHICLES
In addition to pure electric vehicles, we have developed hybrid (gas and electric) powered vehicles in both two and four wheeled versions. Our hybrid models offer an extended range as well as providing both ultra-quiet and silent modes. Equipped with a rugged gasoline powered generator, our hybrids move you quietly to your destination at a 59db whisper with the generator running and silently in electric-only mode.
iHYBRID ATV

This multi-purpose ATV offers quiet power with an extended range of up to 5 hours using its top rated high output generator and electric power system. Even while operating with the generator running, this vehicle will allow the user to access many areas prohibited by noisier gasoline powered vehicles. Our iHybrid ATV’s also have the added advantage of bringing with them an independent 120v power source that can be used for powering tools, light and communications equipment to name just a few of the many uses available to the iHybrid ATV owner. Our iHybrid ATV operates at an ultra-quiet 59db while gas powered ATV’s struggle to meet new noise abatement laws.

Military/Homeland Security “Stealth” ATV’s
According to the National Defense Industrial Association, many branches of the US Military are currently using or testing various models of ATV’s for use as combat or supply vehicles. As such, electric and hybrid vehicles motorcycles and ATVs have caught the attention of the military. With EMC’s experience in hybrid technology and our proprietary lithium-ion BMS, we are uniquely positioned to work directly with the US military and its allies or to create joint ventures or strategic alliances with companies currently manufacturing gasoline models for possible conversion to all-electric or hybrid configurations. Additionally, meetings between EMC and the US and British military plus law enforcement agencies have confirmed the need for stealth transportation.

Commercial iHybrid Vehicles
As oil prices continue to climb, the move to alternative energy solutions will continue to grow at an accelerated rate. EMC’s reputation and leadership in the field of electric powered vehicles lends itself well to the field of electric and hybrid commercial vehicles. We are currently developing relationships with manufactures of small commercial tractors and equipment to either establish our own line of commercial vehicles or to bring our expertise to mutually profitable joint ventures or strategic alliances to capitalize on our experience and expertise in this growing niche market.

Additional Business Initiatives
Electric Motion Technology Consulting
Our extensive experience and expertise in the application of battery power in motion technology has enabled us to provide consulting services to companies such as Honda and GM in addition to other lesser known companies. EMC is launching a more proactive initiative to provide electric motion technology consulting services either through contracts or, more desirably, through strategic alliances or joint venture/partnerships.
Being able to expand our business model through relationships with synergistic companies will give us access to more markets as well as an opportunity to expand our product mix in the process.

Large Lithium Power Systems
Nils Wiklund, our strategic partner in Europe is also a Director for Certa Corp, a partner and exclusive distributor in Europe and Scandinavia for lithium battery cells, control electronics and battery pack makers in Asia and Eastern Europe. Certa plans on launching a line of Large Lithium Power Systems during the 1st Quarter of 2008. We expect to negotiate distribution rights in North America for Certa products.
According to BCC Research, annual global sales of Lithium-ion batteries are expected to grow to $6.3 Billion by 2012. We anticipate that a significant portion of this growth will come in the form of large lithium power systems like those used in our products as well as the automotive field.
Our ability to supply state of the art lithium-ion power systems and proprietary control electronics will also further enhance our value to companies interested in building a relationship with us as consultants or joint venture partners.

Our search for quality has extended virtually around the world allowing us to maintain top quality components as well as effective pricing. Locally, we also have a long standing relationship with one of the nation’s premier laser machine shops that allows us virtually flawless workmanship with state of the art design flexibility.
MARKETING AND SALES
Demand grows annually for more environmentally and fuel efficient recreational vehicles. Noise abatement laws are being implemented on both state and local levels in addition to Federal restrictions on noise pollution. As a result, more and more riding areas are becoming unavailable to conventional recreational vehicles making the Blade and iHybrid ATV vehicles the perfect solution. Additionally, with fuel costs at record levels and greater attention being focused on ecologically sound alternatives to petroleum fueled vehicles, the our vehicles are now attracting a whole new kind of buyer. Inquires for product and distributorships from around the globe have increased in recent times in response to the ever increasing price of oil and the rapidly growing demand for electric and hybrid vehicles.
Military, homeland security and law enforcement applications are a recent yet extremely viable market. The need for terrestrial stealth transportation that also offers extended range makes our iHybrid ATV exceptionally well suited for this application. The ability to drive up to 5 hours using the ultra-quiet generator supported power, then being able to switch to full stealth mode and move silently provides advantage and life saving safety.
Our developers have met with both US and British military planners and response has been quite favorable. We intend to continue pursuing this business avenue, preferably through strategic alliances or joint ventures as opposed to introducing our own model as we feel we can bring greater profitability to our shareholders by this method.

The Blade, Scooter and iHybrid ATV will be sold nationwide through this growing dealer network while our focus will be directed toward expanding our dealer network, increasing our manufacturing capabilities while continuing to develop new state-of-the-art models and improvements to accommodate the rapidly evolving lithium-ion and fuel cell technologies available.

PROMOTION
Information about the electric recreational vehicle industry is already well distributed on the internet and Electric Moto Corporation’s products are very well represented on sites addressing this new industry as well as the mainstream motorcycle and recreational vehicle markets. Additionally, our distributors have demonstrated EMC products at international motorcycle exhibitions in Paris, Milan and Birmingham (UK). Specialist off-road exhibitions have also been attended. At each event, over 200 pre-qualified prospects signed up for test rides with a view toward purchasing the Blade when full production begins.
On the internet, EMC’s presence is under the Electric Moto name as well as under the name “Denali Cycles”, a previous dba but those too link directly to our site. We are also already recognized on US Forestry Department websites as well. The fact that we are already recognized as a market leader in this emerging industry will help facilitate the implementation of our distributor and dealer network.
Additional promotional campaigns will be implemented through national publications, newspaper stories as well as our participation in all facets motocross, extreme sports and trade shows. Upon completion of a commercial version of our iHybrid ATV, we will expand our promotion to those markets as well.
We have maintained a close relationship with Moto-X Champion Caleb Wyatt, who performed the World's first 250cc "back flip". Caleb will be acting as Electric Moto’s primary spokesperson to that industry. Caleb is excited about using Electric Moto’s Blade XT in upcoming Moto-X events and using its power and weight advantage to develop new “firsts” with it. In addition to his endorsement, his use of the Blade in X-Moto events will be televised bringing an exciting and very cost effective promotional benefit in the process.
X-Games and electric powered as well as hybrid vehicles are all very “hot” topics in the news today and there seems to be no shortage of interest in our products and our company by trade publications and the mainstream media as well.

SALES STRATEGY
We will employ the well developed strategy of regional distributors and local dealers to most effectively build a sales network for our recreational and transportation products. The uniqueness of our product will allow existing motorcycle and RV dealers to add our product line to their existing inventory without being overly concerned about our vehicles simply taking customers away from existing models. By offering a product that is so uniquely different than their existing product lines, dealers will not only find themselves attracting new customers interested specifically in Electric Moto products, they will also find they

suddenly have an opportunity to create new sales within their existing customer base. Most Blade owners already own at least one off-road vehicle making Electric Moto products a logical and profitable addition to most existing motorcycle stores.
Additionally, we have recognized a significant increase in inquiries regarding Blades that are equipped to be “street legal.” As a result, we are taking steps necessary to offer Blades in both “off road” and “street legal” versions that comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Likewise, we are working with SCORPA in order to modify the Blade in Europe to meet compliance with EU “street-legal” standards as well.
Regional Distributors will be chosen based upon their current dealer network, their ability to penetrate their market and their reputation for providing superior dealer support. In house staff will be responsible for recruiting distributors and dealers. Part of this process will be attending various trade shows throughout the nation.
